While we are not bound by the APPs, this privacy policy is provided because we want you to know we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care and in a transparent way.

We collect personal information directly from individuals as well as from client entities. The types of information we may collect or be provided with include, but not limited to:

  • Dates of birth, gender, employment records

  • Financial and employment information

  • Complaint and legal information

 

Some of this information may be ‘sensitive information’ such as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, memberships and affiliations, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation and practices and criminal record information.

In some cases, we may also collect sensitive information that is also personal information such as health information, genetic information and biometric information.

The main way we collect information is when it is directly provided by an individual or when it is provided by a client of our services.
