RGC Advisory is a legal and regulatory advisory firm built by former regulators. Our team has worked inside ASIC, Commonwealth Treasury and the corporate sector, giving us a practical understanding of how regulatory frameworks are designed, administered and enforced.
We combine legal and financial expertise with proprietary data tools to deliver compliance, governance and regulatory advisory services. We work directly with boards, executives and in-house teams on ASX compliance, corporate governance, foreign investment, statutory reporting and investigation response.
Where most firms advise on regulation from the outside, we have operated it from within.
